Step 1: choose keywords to monitor

Instead of tracking who posts, track what is being discussed. Think about the specific terms, competitor names, or methodologies that your ideal customers care about.

The key is to select keywords that signal specific intent or problem awareness, rather than broad industry terms.

Step 2: capture & filter engagement
