Your brand mentions
Monitor people mentioning your own brand.

This playbook helps you find prospects, manage customer feedback, and protect your reputation by monitoring what people are saying about you.
Find opportunities when:
- Prospects ask for feedback from their network about you
- Customers praise your product
- Customers criticise your product or report a problem
- Your ICP shares their experience using your product
Step 1: choose your keywords
First, add your own brand and product names as keywords.
If your brand name is a distinct word, you can simply search for it in quotation marks.
However, if your brand name returns a lot of volume, you might need to cut down the noise. Do this by adding your domain or an industry keyword to your search:
| ✅ Optimal keyword | ❌ Too generic |
|---|---|
| "jungler" | – |
| "pipedrive" | – |
| "product feedback" | "product management" |
| "instantly.ai" | "instantly" |
| "clay" AND "sales" | "clay" |
Step 2: filter posts by ICP
A competitor mention's priority depends on who said it. A complaint from a random user is different from a complaint by your ICP.
Every post author in Jungler is enriched with profile and company data, allowing you to filter for posts from your ICP.
Step 3: automate outreach
Well done, you've now built yourself a real-time feed of high intent prospects and customer feedback.
You can now connect Jungler to your tools to:
- Get alerts for new relevant posts directly in Slack
- Send mentions from your prospects into your sales tools for outreach
