These are the vendors that process Customer Data on our behalf to deliver the Service. Each is bound by data-protection terms at least as protective as our DPA.
We give customers at least 30 days' notice before adding or replacing one. See DPA §4 for how to object.
Always engaged to deliver the Service.

Destinations you connect (not our sub-processors)
These tools only receive data when you explicitly connect an account and trigger an export. Once data leaves Jungler, you are the controller and they are your own processors — not ours.
- Clay
- Google Sheets / Google Workspace
- HeyReach
- Expandi
- Smartlead
- Slack
- Webhook destinations you configure
Notes
- "Transfer" shows how each non-EEA transfer is covered: EEA = no transfer needed; SCCs + UK Addendum = EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Module 3: processor-to-sub-processor) plus the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
- We use AI provider terms and settings designed to prevent Customer Data being used for model training.
- Controller-side analytics and debugging vendors, including signed-in app session replay, are covered in our privacy notice rather than this DPA sub-processor schedule.
- Data acquisition partners we use to source our public B2B intelligence index are not Sub-processors under this Schedule — they do not Process Customer Personal Data. They are covered by our Legitimate Interest Assessment and the privacy notice.
